1. Return Windows & Qualifications

We offer a strict 30-day return evaluation window from the date of confirmed delivery. To be authorized for a full restocking credit, components must be uninstalled, free of grease or operational wear, and preserved inside their original manufacturer packaging structures.

2. How To Initiate A Commercial Return

  1. Submit a formal Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) ticket to our support desk via sales@titanparthub.com or via phone at (310) 464-7776.
  2. Once validated, our logistics center will issue an RMA label along with precise warehouse routing instructions.
  3. Pack the industrial component securely to eliminate transit shock damage.

3. Processing, Adjustments, & Restocking Costs

  • Inspection Window: Received items take 3 - 5 business days to clear technical inspection criteria at our hub.
  • Refund Allocation: Validated returns are credited straight to your baseline method of payment within 7 banking days.
  • Return Transit Liability: Unless an item arrived physically defective or improperly picked by our warehouses, the client maintains financial responsibility for return freight costs.
